How To Start Earn Cash And Make Money Online At Home.

Sunday, February 15, 2009

With online banking become more and more popular, it’s getting easier to sit at home and receive payment online. All you need to do is figure out what you can offer.

Info Product is the best product to sell online. It’s easy to “ship” and “reproduce”. Infopreneur is the “in” trend things now. But century ago, Bloomberg.com already start making million of dollar by selling investment information. Well, if you think you don’t have any good information to sell, think again. You might have some “treasure” information that you can teach or sell at premium price. Or find a problem, and do a research on a topic to solve that problem. And the hardest part is make sure there is a market and how to promote it.

Info product work even better when internet come along. Ultimately, we are here to find out how to start make money online at home, how to work less and earn more too.

Online Paid Work

The quickest way to make money online is the do online work such as fill up paid survey, browse to earn income or get outsourcing job such as key in data entry, writing, design and programming. You can earn cash this way, but it’s hard work and there are a lot of scam in this field too. Since we focus more on business system that allow you to earn money while you are asleep and not getting another job online, we really don’t have much experience in this field of work.

We always focus more on passive income way of how to make money online rather then work to earn money online. Passive income it’s really what make people richer and have more free time. But to earn passive income online is riskier, you need to know “how” and the rate of success is row ( if not, everyone will do it ).

Anyway, if you want don’t have any experience in online business and like to learn how to work online, this might be the first step for you. The cost for you to start might be $0-$30 for sign up the work network. But we think that never join any network that require you to pay, people who hire should pay rather then people who work … it’s just doesn’t make sense and it’s mean the network is greedy to earn your money too. ( Just our personal thought )

Blogging

The best low risk way to make money online is blogging. It’s easy, you don’t need to be tech savvy anymore to learn how to create a web page and blogging make the process of publishing online simpler.

Since it’s low barrier of entry, there are a lot of competition for money blogging now, and for the first few month, you can only earn roughly around $50-$500 a month, that is the figure you are looking at. And the cost for you to start is $0-$100 if you want to have your own web hosting and domain name.

The good thing about blogging is low cost and low risk.

The bad thing about blogging is take a lot of time (patience) and you need to write often ( not that passive income ).

Well, look at the top blogger that earn money online, one thing they told me is … they all have less sleep, read a lot and write a lot.

In business point of view, the return of investment of “purely” earn money online is terrible unless you really learn how to blog in less then 30 minutes a post and make sure that blog post is earning your $10. If not, you might as well, getting a job:) Well, most people have a day job and blog for money. And hoping they will quit their job one day. If you are thinking about make money online at home using blog, you need better strategy then that.

Our personal point of view is … we think combining a website and blogging is the best. Website is best for long term strategy. There is one website we create long time ago and it’s still constantly bring in money. We are not sure about blogging unless you manage to sign a deal and turn your blog in to a book, and start earning loyalty money. If not, blog might not be bringing in that passive income once you stop blogging!

But the website don’t have the power to capture more traffic from the long tail search keyword. Without that, it’s pretty challenging to rank well in search engine to capture those traffic unless you really work hard to get more incoming link to boost your PageRank.

Anyway, there is no much information how it’s best to do it. This is why we decide to focus and testing out in this area. We think we have come up a very good system after few months of testing and development.

Affiliate

You can earn affiliate money (sell other people stuff and earn commission ) through blogging or website but it’s definitely take time to build .

To be faster, our advise is get a blog or one page landing page website and use per per click service to promote it. But it’s definitely riskier. The cost to start is around $50-$1000, and it’s might go up into $3,000 and more. If you use blog to drive traffic, it’s slower and you use less money. If you use pay per click to drive traffic, then you the cost might easily go up to $300 and more.

To sign for Adword (One Of The Pay Per Click Service) will cost you $5 and you need at least $50 to spend to drive in quality traffic. You need to be marketing savvy if you want to do pay per click. If writing web copy ( know how to sell using your words ) and web conversion is not your strong points, it’s definitely going to cost you a lot of money to master it before you start earning money. This is more like using money to earn money things here, but can be very rewarding! Once you master it, you can easily earn up to $20,000 a months for using $5,000 advertising money.

Anyway, the bad thing about affiliate is it’s very risky and the life span and profit margin of the product you promote is very short. Look at those top affiliate, they constantly need to promote new product. This is why sometime, they prefer combining the strategy of pay per click and website ( mailing list ). Only website and mailing list allow them to constantly promote new product at the lowest cost.

And the good thing about affiliate is you can start easily and don’t need to worry about shipping and blah blah blah …

E-Commerce & Auction

Anyway, Now day to start e-commerce website is getting cheaper. Cost about $200-$500, you can get a e-commerce website in yahoo and etc. If you want to have it at even lower cost, go to EBay to sell your stuffs.

The risk you have is your holding cost, I mean the cost to buy and hold your sell items. If you sell toys online, you need to buys toys or put deposit to order toys before you ship it.

Anyway, some guys have figure out “The Dell Concept” is Sell before build the product or buy the product. That will reduce tremendous risk and cost for e-commerce.

What ever you plan to do, make sure you have a marketing budget to promote it.

What You Wouldn’t Find

You wouldn’t find much information about paid work online and e-commerce for physical product in our website here.

We also will start writing less about blogging and more about how to blog for long term profit or create a website using blog platform. I’m sure a lot of people can do much better job to tell you how to earn money through blogging, and we can refer it since there is a strong connection between blogging and blogging/website for long term profit too.

This post is not intend to teach you anything about how to make money online at home, but serve as guideline for you to know more about the pro and cons about the making money online methods as mention above. This allow you to make a better decision to look for more information or buy an e-book that give you a more comprehensive view about how to jump start to start making money online in those areas.

InBlogAds

InBlogAds is a hybrid network that allows you to sell text links as well as blog posts. InBlogAds started quite a while back but seems to have died. I’ve not seen any new offers available and I think they are definitely outclassed by all the other get paid to blog networks.

Although they were one of the first to integrate an advertiser and publisher account within the same dashboard, they’ve definitely fallen behind and dropped out of the race for bloggers and advertisers.

LinkyLoveArmy appears to be a get paid to blog network but their website doesn’t make what they do very clear. The design is fairly cluttered and there’s no apparent FAQ or guide for bloggers who want to sign up. This appears to be a fairly small DIY setup so I wouldn’t expect too many advertiser offers from the onset.

V7N Contextual is not technically a get paid to blog network because most of the time you won’t have to write a blog post. All you’ll have to do is to transform any specific keyword (eg. golf clubs) in your blog posts into a link to the advertiser’s website. All bloggers will earn $10 per link, regardless of their blog size and reach.

An important point to note is that you’ll have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, which means that you can’t disclose that it was a sponsored link. I have blogs in the V7N program and have not received many offers before. Don’t count on getting too many assignments.

ReviewMe is basically some sort of a blog marketplace where advertisers can visit to order reviews from blogs. Some of the more ‘high-end’ or popular blogs are registered with ReviewMe and the earnings are substantially higher if your blog is well established and has a large audience. This is measured by your feed subscription base as well as the Technorati and Alexa Rank.

Bigger blogs tend to earn upwards of $100 to 700+ for each single blog post and there are a lot less restrictions and rules than Payperpost. The downside for ReviewMe is that they take a hefty 50% commission for their services, which in my opinion is too large.
